Guest rules at a glance
These easy-to-read rules summarize the most important standards for every registered guest. The full guest policies remain controlling.
Private property notice
Any person who is not a registered guest or specifically authorized by management is not permitted on the property at any time. This includes rooms, walkways, stairs, parking areas, the lobby and the front office. An unregistered or unauthorized person is considered a trespasser under posted property rules and may be required to leave immediately, issued a trespass warning and referred to law enforcement.

No loud music, yelling, fighting, door slamming, threats, harassment or conduct that disturbs guests, staff or neighboring property.
No illegal drugs, drug sales, prostitution, trafficking, theft, fraud, stolen property, unlawful weapons activity or other illegal conduct.
Payment is due as directed by management. Paying online does not automatically approve or guarantee a stay extension.
Please keep the room reasonably clean and avoid damage. No pets are permitted. Service animals are handled in accordance with applicable law.
Keep the room reasonably clean. Do not damage property, disable safety equipment or use unsafe cooking, heating or electrical devices.
Parking is for registered guest vehicles. No vehicle repairs, gatherings, loud music, sleeping in vehicles or abandoned vehicles.

Violations may result in charges, denial of an extension, removal from the property, trespass notice and contact with law enforcement.
Hotel stays follow the property’s check-in and checkout cycle, not a rolling 24-hour clock. A check-in after midnight but before 10:30 AM is part of the hotel night already in progress and remains due for checkout at 10:30 AM unless the next room night is approved and paid.
Leaving or attempting to leave without paying the lodging balance may constitute theft of service under Texas Penal Code § 31.04 (opens in a new tab) and may be reported to law enforcement.
