Privacy policy & California rights

How website, contact, payment-link and California privacy information is handled in one combined policy.

Last updated July 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies to luxuryinndallas.com and messages sent to the contact email shown on the site. It does not govern Square, map services, review websites, third-party travel providers or other independently operated services.

2. Information this site processes

The website is static and does not include a booking engine, payment form, guest account, advertising tracker or analytics service. It does not intentionally set advertising or profiling cookies.

Like most hosting systems, the server or hosting provider may automatically process limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time, referral information and security logs. This data is generally used to deliver the site, maintain security and diagnose errors.

3. Accessibility preferences

The on-screen accessibility menu stores your selected display preferences in your browser's local storage so they can remain active on future visits from the same device. These settings are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. See the Cookies & storage notice.

4. Email communications

When you email the property, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address and message. We use it to respond, maintain operational records, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations. Email is not guaranteed to be secure, so do not send payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers or other highly sensitive information.

5. Square payment link

When you choose “Pay Room Online,” your browser leaves this site and opens a checkout page operated by Square. Luxury Inn's static website does not receive or store the payment-card number entered on Square. Square may collect transaction, device and identity information under its own terms and privacy policy.

6. Sharing

Information may be shared with hosting, security, legal or technology service providers that support operations; with payment processors for transactions you initiate; with law enforcement or government authorities when legally required or reasonably necessary for safety; and in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell website visitor personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

7. Retention and security

Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the purposes described, operational records, dispute resolution, safety and legal compliance. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet or email system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. State privacy rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of certain personal information, or information about its use and disclosure. Luxury Inn does not sell personal information collected through this website. Requests may be sent to contact@luxuryinndallas.com. We may need to verify identity and may retain information when legally permitted or required.

9. California consumer privacy disclosures and rights

This section combines the California consumer privacy information formerly presented as a separate policy. It applies when California law covers the person or information involved.

Categories that may be collected

  • Identifiers, including name, contact information, device identifiers and identification details supplied for a stay or inquiry.
  • Commercial information, including stay dates, payment status, transaction history, room requests and service records.
  • Internet or network activity, including browser, device, page-request and security-log information processed by the website host.
  • Audio, electronic, visual or similar information created through guest communications, incident documentation or common-area camera systems.
  • Other information reasonably connected to fraud prevention, safety, legal compliance, guest service or property operations.

Sources and business purposes

Information may come directly from the guest, the guest’s device, payment processors, service providers, public records or lawful governmental sources. It may be used to provide lodging, respond to inquiries, process payments, prevent fraud, document incidents, maintain safety, enforce property rules and meet legal obligations.

Disclosure and sale

Information may be disclosed to payment, hosting, security, legal and operational service providers, or to government authorities when legally required or reasonably necessary for safety. Luxury Inn does not sell personal information collected through this website and does not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

California rights

Subject to legal exceptions and identity verification, a California resident may request information about collection and disclosure, access to specific information, correction, deletion, or limitation of certain sensitive-information uses. A person may also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Submitting a request

Send California privacy requests to contact@luxuryinndallas.com. Include enough information to identify the request and allow identity verification. Luxury Inn may retain information when required or permitted for security, transactions, disputes, legal compliance or other statutory exceptions.

10. Children

This site is not designed to collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information may contact us to request review or deletion where applicable.

11. Changes

We may update this policy by posting the new version and revision date on this page.
