The property prohibits loitering, disturbances, loud gatherings, repeated disruptive calls for service, criminal activity and conduct affecting neighboring properties.
Management may document guest information, vehicles, complaints, room conditions, policy violations, payments, communications and incidents for safety, business and legal purposes.
Exterior and common areas may be recorded. Camera systems support incident review and deterrence but do not guarantee that every event will be observed or prevented.
Luxury Inn may cooperate with police, fire, emergency services, code officials and other governmental authorities when legally required or reasonably appropriate for safety and lawful operations.
Cooperation does not waive the property owner's rights to lawful notice, privacy, due process, counsel, administrative review, appeal or any other protection provided by law.
Operational position
Guest screening, policies, cameras, staff action and cooperation with authorities are risk-reduction measures. They do not create a guarantee against third-party misconduct or establish continuous monitoring of every person or area.
